2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or enrolling in any course, you acknowledge that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have legal consent from a guardian.

  • You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

  • You will use the platform and services lawfully and ethically.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our services.

 3. Course Enrollment and Certification

  • Course access is granted only upon successful registration and full payment.

  • Course materials are for personal and professional use only – reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

  • Certification will be awarded based on attendance, assessment results, and compliance with ISOHS guidelines.

  • ISOHS reserves the right to modify course content, trainers, or schedules to ensure quality and relevance.

4. Payment Terms

  • All fees must be paid in full before course commencement.

  • Payments are accepted via secure gateways (Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, etc.).

  • Prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless stated otherwise.

  • Invoices and receipts will be emailed upon successful registration.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

In brief:

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of registration may be eligible for a partial refund.

  • No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the course start date.

  • Course transfers may be available upon request, subject to availability and approval.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, website material, branding, logos, videos, manuals, and documents are the exclusive property of ISOHS or its licensed providers.

You are not permitted to:

  • Copy, reproduce, or modify any content

  • Share materials with third parties

  • Use ISOHS trademarks without prior written permission

7. Code of Conduct

All students and participants must:

  • Treat trainers and peers respectfully

  • Comply with safety regulations during practical sessions

  • Not engage in cheating, fraud, or misrepresentation

  • Maintain professional ethics in online and onsite settings

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a course for misconduct, with no refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

ISOHS is not liable for:

  • Any personal injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in practical training

  • Errors or omissions in course content

  • Technical disruptions or internet outages affecting online delivery

We strive to ensure accurate, up-to-date information but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free material.

9. Third-Party Services

Our platform may link to third-party websites (e.g., payment processors or accreditation boards). We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or terms of external services.

Use of third-party tools is at your own risk and governed by their respective terms.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

All data collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable New Zealand laws, including the Privacy Act 2020 and GDPR standards for international students.

11. Changes to Terms

ISOHS may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or website updates. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
